Natchitoches Parish Superintendent Dr. Grant Eloi was welcomed by Rotarian with the Program Lee Wascom at the Feb. 25 meeting. In addition, two students Anderson Kelly and Jacob Hypes were recognized as Rotary Students of the Month.
