
Central Fire Station was dispatched by NATCOM to a structure fire on March 25 located at 805 Salim Street. Central Fire Station and Station 3 was dispatched to the incident. Fire department units arrived on scene finding a one story, wood frame structure with fire coming from the front of the house. The fire was extinguished with no injuries to the occupant or fire department personnel. The occupant stated that the fire alarm had woke him from his sleep which allowed him to escape the fire unharmed.
