The Women’s Resource Center Management Team continues to open the Center’s doors to our community leaders. The team met with City of Natchitoches Mayor Ronnie Williams on April 2. As the City’s Leader, a Church Leader and a Father, Mayor Williams understands the importance of a supportive community from the very beginning. WRC team members provided a tour of the center, including the boutique and educational center and shared the numerous opportunities expectant mothers have at the Center. Mayor Williams and WRC leaders discussed ways that city leadership could partner to provide the safest start for the youngest citizens of Natchitoches, as well as surrounding communities. They also discussed volunteer options for anyone interested in joining in on the mission of the WRC.
