The Natchitoches Police Department confirmed that one of its detectives, Morgan Jester, was arrested on May 25 on a domestic abuse charge involving child endangerment. The NPD cannot comment on any internal investigation. The case is being handled by the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, who responded to a domestic abuse call Haughton, where Jester lives.
