Students across Natchitoches Parish returned to classrooms on Aug. 6, marking the first day of the 2025–2026 school year. From kindergarten to high school, smiles and excitement filled campuses as students reunited with friends, met new teachers, and stepped into a new year of learning.

Teachers and staff welcomed students back with open arms, ready to begin a year filled with academic growth, creativity, and opportunity. The district extended well wishes to all students, educators, and families for a successful and inspiring year ahead.
