
Live music, free food, facepainting, tailgate games, giveaways, autograph signing, and more is on the slate Saturday morning at Turpin Stadium when Northwestern State Athletics hosts Fan Fest ’25.
The event is free and open to the public. NSU season ticket holders can pick up tickets, parking passes, and other related items in the VIP Season Ticket Holder area starting at 10 a.m.
The action begins when the Demons football team takes the field at 8:30, warms up and goes through its first extended scrimmage competition of preseason practice, lasting until 11 o’clock.
Then a festive atmosphere kicks into gear with live music from the Winnfield-based band Deep Water Rehab from 11 until 1 p.m., while fans can enjoy free jambalaya, kids can get a special look with face painting, everyone can pick up spirit bracelets, and be eligible for prize giveaways.
At noon, the football players will be available for an autograph and photo session.
