ELECTION FOR: PARISHWIDE PROPOSITION – 1 MILL 10 YEAR TAX

Deadline to register to vote or make changes IN PERSON OR BY MAIL is 09/10/2025 at 4:30 PM. The Deadline to Register ONLINE using (www.geauxvote.com) is 09/20/2025.

Early voting for all interested voters will be conducted in the Registrar of Voters Office located at 200 Church Street RM #103 in the Natchitoches Parish Court House Building. Saturday Sept. 27, 2025 thru Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025 from 8:30 AM until 6 PM (CLOSED ON SUNDAY Sept. 28, 2025).

Absentee Voting by mail is intended for voters who will be out of the parish on Election Day and the week of Early Voting, or if a person is over age 65, or has a mobility impaired ID card (must provide copy). Last day to make a written request for an Absentee Ballot by mail: Oct. 7, 2025 by 4:30 PM written request forms can be downloaded at http://www.sos.la.gov under “ELECTIONS” click on the “VOTE” link; click on “VOTE BY MAIL”; APPLICATION TO VOTE BY MAIL.

Your request must include: Voter’s Name, Natchitoches Parish Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, or Drivers License Number, Reason the Ballot is being requested, Election Date (Oct. 11, 2025) Address to mail Ballot, and Voters Signature.

Mail and hand delivered Ballots must be returned to Registrar of Voters Office by 4:30 PM the day BEFORE the Election. (Oct. 10, 2025). Military and Overseas Ballots must be returned before NOON on Election Day.
