“Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Joleeeeene…”
We’re begging you – please don’t miss this sweet girl!
She might not be the Jolene from the song, but our Jolene will absolutely steal your heart and maybe your couch with her sweet face, goofy personality, and unbreakable spirit.
When she was found, Jolene was alone, starving, emaciated, injured, and limping badly, from an old injury that left her in pain. So many people had passed her by on a busy highway without stopping… but her amazing foster mom Debbie Tebbetts didn’t look away. Debbie brought her home, and with the help of FAUNA, Jolene received the love and medical care she had been so desperately needing.
Now, she’s thriving—spayed, fully vaccinated, a healthy weight, and nearly limp-free! Her transformation is nothing short of incredible.
Her foster mom says,
“Jolene is sweet as can be and full of happy energy. When she runs and plays in the yard, you’d never know she was once in so much pain. She LOVES people, and attention. After everything she has been through, she doesn’t hold a grudge. She loves everyone.”
Other dogs? Loves them all!
Car rides? Loves every minute!
Leash walking? She’s learning, but still with a little happy bounce sometimes.
Affectionate? Very!
This Jolene isn’t here to steal your man—she just wants a cozy couch, a yard to play in, and a family to finally call her own.
Let’s give this Jolene the love song ending she truly deserves.
