Natchitoches Regional Medical Center recently recognized Aimee Wright, Nursing Unit Supervisor in Surgery, as its newest Guardian Angel. Wright was nominated for her consistent efforts to support her team and ensure patients receive the care they need.
According to the nomination, Wright demonstrated exceptional dedication on a day that required quick problem solving and a strong commitment to patient care. Her positive attitude, willingness to assist, and focus on doing what is best for patients were highlighted as key reasons for the recognition.
The Guardian Angel program honors outstanding caregivers—including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, aides, therapists, and other staff—who exceed expectations in their service. Nominations are submitted by patients, families, or colleagues who have experienced extraordinary care and include a contribution to the NRMC Foundation in the caregiver’s honor.
