The Natchitoches Parish School Board has recognized Paige Gauntt, Master Teacher at L.P. Vaughn Elementary, as its All Star of the Week for her outstanding leadership and commitment to educators and students.

Gauntt is known for her ability to elevate those around her, from the students she has supported throughout her career to the teachers she now guides in her role as a Master Teacher. Her experience in Special Education has strengthened her team, helping educators grow in confidence and skill.

Colleagues say Gauntt consistently goes above and beyond, offering clarity, encouragement, and practical support. Her expertise in the NIET rubric has been especially valuable, allowing her to break down complex concepts and help her team improve instructional practices.

Gauntt is recognized for leading with professionalism, kindness, and an unwavering dedication to helping others succeed. Her ongoing impact is reflected in the students she has taught and the educators she now mentors.
