Mike Newton welcomed and introduced the Executive Director of the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce Laura Lyles at the Dec. 16 Rotary meeting. Lyles presented an overview of the business, retention, expansion, marketing, communications, support, and the workforce development of the Natchitoches Economic Development Alliance (NEDA).
