St. Mary’s Catholic School announced Miss Grace Wren and Mr. Joseph Sklar as the 2025–2026 recipients of its distinguished Mr. and Miss SMS honors.
The recognition is one of the school’s long-standing traditions and is awarded to students who exemplify the values of faith, service, leadership and strong character. School officials say the honor highlights not only academic achievement, but also a commitment to being active and positive members of the school and Catholic community.
As part of the tradition, the honorees will take part in the school’s May Crowning ceremony, where they will crown the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary, symbolizing their faith and devotion.
School leaders congratulated Wren and Sklar on the recognition, noting that their selection reflects the qualities the school strives to instill in its students.
