POSITION: Utility Service Center – Assistant manager
DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting and overview of utility billing, cash receipts, cashiers and collections. Will Assist Manager with overall operation of the Utility Service Center as well accounting, budgeting, adjusting utility rates, daily security issues and data processing tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS: Four year degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related field and four years of management experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
