I met Sean a little over a year ago and at that time knew next to nothing about Autism. I have learned so much in the past year, the brain is an amazing organ and I’m astounded by its complexity. I also have a new appreciation of the term “spectrum.” No two people on the spectrum are alike. Sean refers to them as Snowflakes. Each one is beautiful but completely different.
One of Sean’s favorite things is to receive mail. He loves card, letters, and postcards. The ladies at the post office are always excited to see him coming. I enjoy seeing Sean at the post office. He’s a sweet kid. After picking up his birthday cards this morning, he was on his way to swimming lessons.
