The Natchitoches Parish Journal spoke with Natchitoches Parish Clerk of Court Louie Bernard this afternoon. Mr. Bernard confirmed that same-sex marriage licenses may be obtained at the Natchitoches Parish Clerk of Court’s office in the Natchitoches Parish Courthouse starting July 1, 2015.

I read yesterday the Supreme Court had to go through some other proceedings…
Because it is illegal!!!! SCOTUS cannot MAKE law. They can only judge on laws already on the books.
