NATCHITOCHES, La. – BOM Financial Services has acquired Traber Insurance Agency in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The purchase agreement was completed on Feb. 26.

Traber Insurance employees will remain with BOM Financial Services and in their current location at 105 Williams Ave. In June, the office will move to Suite 108 at 814 Washington St. The phone number remains (318) 357-8277.

“Combining two independent agencies will enable BOM Financial Services to offer more markets to our existing customers,” says BOM President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Hale. “With Brian Ohnoutka remaining as agency manager, Traber Insurance strengthens BOM Financial Services’ ability to provide a wide variety of insurance options for our customers.”

Traber Insurance customers will be notified of the acquisition. BOM Financial Services customers will see no change as a result.
