Alliance Compressors of Natchitoches and the North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NLEP) hosted a group of high school juniors from Saline High School as part of Manufacturing Week Thursday, Oct. 6. Michael Richard and Craig Caskey guided the students on a tour of the A/C compressor assembly lines. The students were able to have a discussion on careers in manufacturing and have their questions answered. NLEP’s Manufacturing Week shows high school students different types of manufacturing careers available in North Louisiana and encourages students to consider education and training towards manufacturing fields.
