On 10/16/16 at approximately 4 a.m. NPD officers were dispatched to 1580 Texas Street (Jeff’s Guns) in reference to an alarm activation. Upon arrival officers observed that a vehicle crashed into the entrance of the business. The vehicle appeared to have been traveling eastbound on Welch Street when the driver lost control and struck the building.
