Northwestern State University held it’s Homecoming Parade Friday, October 21st. Several hundred cheering people lined the streets along the parade route from campus to the riverbank to support the Demons. Costumed students from the various organizations on campus rode in a parade of floats that stretched for blocks tossed candy and beads to the crowd. The parade finished at the downtown riverbank where the festivities continued with a presentation of the court and concert.
