A Ribbon Cutting was held Nov. 16, for Art a’ la Carte-Paint Like Me Parties, a new business to enhance our community arts and culture, located in the Broadmoor Shopping Center.  Owner Ginger Hughes joins the Natchitoches business community and the Chamber of Commerce. The Hughes family includes Autumn, Ginger, Matthew, Alyssa Ware, Jordan Ware and Jacob Ware.
