The red carpet was rolled, the Hollywood sign was shimmering, and cameras were flashing at Lakeview High School’s 2017 Prom May 6. The students attending the dance showed up looking like celebrities as they strutted through the doors. The school was flowing with beats as DJ Flex pumped up the jam. They danced the night away with no worries in mind for this unforgettable dance was declared as a PBIS prom by Principal William Hymes. That meant the fees were fully paid by the school and all students were allowed to attend the dance free of charge.
