A free self defense seminar for Natchitoches Parish teachers has been rescheduled to Friday, June 9 from 6-8 pm at Natchitoches BJJ & Kickboxing, located at 400 College Ave (in the back of The Warehouse Fitness Center).

In today’s world you can never be too careful nor too prepared, so the seminar will teach basic defense techniques so that you can better protect yourself and loved ones. Coach Craig Sylvia has been teaching Brazilian Jui Jitsu for 7 years, is a purple belt in Brazilian jui jitsu, holds an orange belt in Judo, and is a certified kickboxing instructor.
