Officials with the Natchitoches Parish Office of Emergency Preparedness, Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office, Natchitoches Parish Government, Natchitoches Police and City of Natchitoches are constantly in contact with and monitoring information from Louisiana GOSHEP and the National Weather Service as Hurricane Harvey watch continues.

Sandbags are available for Natchitoches Parish residents to pick up at the Natchitoches Public Works, located at 110 Mill Street, from 8am-4pm.

Be Storm Ready, have water, flashlights, batteries, emergency supplies, food, medication, gas, paper towels, lantern, kitchen matches and a NOAA weather radio on hand for at least 72 hours.
