The Office of Facility Planning & Control will conduct free capital outlay training for nonstate entities this year. This training may be helpful for any nonstate entity in your district interested in learning more about applying for capital outlay funding and the capital outlay request process.
This year, there are two training dates available as follows:
Tuesday, Sept. 12 from 9:30 a.m to 3 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Interested nonstate entities can register for this training via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 225-342-0823. If registering by email, the message should include the name of the entity, the name of the person or persons attending the training, and your preference for the Tuesday or Thursday training session. The deadline to register is Friday, Sept. 1.
