
The Natchitoches Farmers Market will host a mini-makers market on Saturday, Oct. 21 and it needs mini vendors. This fun and educational opportunity is open to youth ages 5-14 who have experience growing, baking, and making. Examples of items to sell include: home-grown plants/flowers/produce, baked goods, lemonade, jewelry, drawings/paintings, hand-crafted toys, decor, etc.
Expectations of mini-makers include:
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE BY MINI-MAKERS
An adult must be present with each mini-maker the entire time
Use your minds and hands to make plenty of items to sell
Come up with a business name
Price your items
Set-up and clean-up your booth
Interact with customers
Make a little cash…learn a lot….and have FUN!
Each mini-maker (and their guardian) is responsible to register ahead of time.
