Michele and Louis Smith (co-owners of Louie’s Pizza and Prayer) made 60 pizzas for veterans, police officers, firemen and First responders for the Natchitoches Lions Club service event “Slice of Thanks,” which was held Oct. 30. They also gave wooden Flags to four service individuals from the Natchitoches community.

The Police Officer Flag was won by Cullen Brooks

A total of 65 veterans, police officers, fire fighters and first responders attended the event and participated in the drawings for the four flags.
