BOM completes acquisition of two MidSouth Bank Branches

BOM, the premier bank of northwest Louisiana, has completed its previously announced purchase of two MidSouth Bank branches in Alexandria. With the agreement, BOM acquires all assets and assumes all liabilities of MidSouth Bank’s branches located at 1423 Wimbledon Drive and 3412 Mac Lee Dr.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Staffing changes are not expected at either location.

With approximately $385 million in total assets and approximately $350 million in total deposits, BOM has 14 locations in Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Grant, Natchitoches, Rapides and Sabine parishes.

BOM was advised by the law firm of Fenimroe, Kay, Harrison & Ford, LLP and Jeff Fair with American Planning Corp. MidSouth Bank was advised by the law firm of Troutman Sanders LLP.

  1. Now if we could only get a branch in Pineville. Preferably along Hwy 28, or even Kingsville. I bank at the Alexandria Midsouth Mac Lee location but have to drive a long way. Welcome Bank of Montgomery!
