At approximately 7:40 a.m. Dec. 11, the Natchitoches Police Department received a call reporting a robbery outside City Bank on Keyser Avenue. The victim was making a business deposit in the drop box when a black male, wearing a black hoodie and black pants, grabbed the deposit bags and fled on foot to a nearby neighborhood. During a search of the area investigators recovered one of the bags and contents as evidence. This investigation is ongoing.

The victim wasn’t injured. She described the suspect as a black male having a slender build, approximately 5’05”-5’08”.
