BOM’s Lyn Christophe & Nancy Simpson graduated from the LBA Leadership School in Baton Rouge. Lyn has been with BOM for 15 years and is a Vice President, Branch Administrator and HR Assistant. Nancy has been with BOM two years and is the Branch Manager of the Benton Branch. BOM’s President & CEO and LBA Chairman Ken Hale was the guest speaker at the ceremony.

Graduation for the 2017 Leadership School II, “Growing Our Next Generation of Leaders”, was held on Dec. 6 at the LBA office. Twenty-eight bankers from across the state graduated from the school, a 6-month program that included online course work and five instructor-led sessions focused on developing leaderships skills and enhancing knowledge in various areas of banking.
