Southern Scripts, a rapidly expanding pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) headquartered in Natchitoches, recently honored several of their team members at their annual holiday party hosted at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.
Three annual awards were presented by Director of Operations Dudley Cedars.
The first award presented was the “Leading by Example Award.” This award was presented to Custodial Account Administrator Suzie Lee. Suzie’s work ethic and organization skills led the department to a very successful and productive year.
The next award presented was the “Behind the Scenes Award.” This award was presented to Sandy Collier, Shipping Manager for CRx Specialty Solutions Pharmacy, a sister company of Southern Scripts. Sandy has led her team with a consistent message of safety and accuracy and managed the tremendous growth within her department seamlessly.
The final and most prestigious award presented was the “Louis Award.” The “Louis Award” honors the Southern Scripts employee of the year. This award was given to Stacy Lambert for her dedication and commitment as an Account Executive. Stacy spends countless hours at the office, on the road, and in the air. She can be found answering emails and phone calls at all hours of the day and night. Stacy started with Southern Scripts in September 2015 as the only Account Executive. She has maintained a high level of service for over 350 clients in 2017.
Southern Scripts entered the pharmacy benefits industry in 2011 with a resolve to simplify and streamline the costs incurred by employers regarding employee benefits. The company currently employs approximately 120 employees nationally. They are focused on pass-through pricing and transparency to ensure every client receives the highest quality of care. It is this focus that has allowed Southern Scripts to double in size in January 2017, double again over the course of 2017, and is preparing to increase another 40% in January of 2018. Southern Scripts is now serving 400 clients in 45 states with nearly 200K members among 50 states.
Southern Scripts recently earned an endorsement from Pharmacists United for Truth and Transparency (PUTT) for its transparency and individualized offerings in a one-size-fits-all industry.
