Northwestern State University’s Department of Military Science will host a Change of Command/Change of Responsibility Ceremony for the 68th Demon Battalion at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18 at the Spirit of the Cadet Park, James A. Noe Armory, on the NSU campus.
