Monroe Police, Monroe Mayor Jamie Mayo, Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana State Police, Natchitoches Police, including law enforcement and EMS across north and central Louisiana, and family and friends attended the funeral services of Monroe Police Officer Christopher Beaudion in Natchitoches on Jan. 13.

Officer Beaudion began his law enforcment career with the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office and transferred to Monroe Police in 2016 died while on duty in Monroe on Jan. 7.

The NPSO extends its thoughts and prayers to Monroe Police, family and friends of Officer Christopher Beaudion. It also thanks Natchitoches City Fire Department and Natchitoches Parish Fire District #6 for the United States Flag display over Texas Street during the funeral procession of Officer Beaudion.
