Bobby Barbier, Head Baseball Coach of Northwestern State University, was the featured speaker at the United Methodist Men’s meeting Sunday, January 21st. He was joined by NSU senior standout David Fry, a senior history major from Grapevine, Texas. Coach Barbier spoke about his coaching philosophy and of the upcoming baseball season. This year’s Demon roster includes two players hailing from Natchitoches parish, Donovan Ohnoutka and Austin Townsend.

The Demons open their season at home with a three game series against Binghamton University on February 16th -18th. Come out and support your hometown NSU Demons and enjoy some family fun at the ballpark. Fork ’em Demons!
