Lakeview High School Senior Skyler Williams was honored by Rotary Club of Natchitoches Student of the Month Coordinator Tommy Melder at the Feb. 27 meeting. ROTC Instructor Major Bob Kellogg introduced Skyler and praised her Junior ROTC 1st Lieutenant Cadet status among her many other accomplishments. Eugene Spillman received the Rotary Club Paul Harris Fellow Award from Natchitoches Regional Medical Center CEO Kirk Soileau and Rotary Club of Natchitoches President David Zolzer. The Paul Harris Fellow Program recognizes individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 to the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
