Writing Camp 2.JPG

Northwestern State University’s Department of English, Foreign Languages and Cultural Studies hosted a summer writing camp July 16-20 for students ages 10-17.

Campers walked over for lemonade and cookies with Dr. Chris Maggio and Jennifer Maggio in their home to talk about what they’ve been working on so at writing camp so far and to share some of what they’ve written. Then they all did some writing together.

The camp will be led by Assistant Professor Rebecca Macijeski and adjunct instructors Shae Montgomery and Oona Zbitkovskis.
