The victim was a wonderful young man who overcame so many obstacles and he will be missed. He was walking home from work. I have to believe in my heart that she was distracted and did not mean to kill him. Prayers for her and her family too as their lives will never be the same, just like all of us mourning Dionjhir Moss.

In LA you’re an adult at 17 as far as getting charged with a crime is concerned, unless something has changed.
Why did she leave ? And will she be charged with hit and run?
