  2. I met his wife about 5 6 years ago when I worked at Stage, I asked was she related to him, because her credit card had DeVargas on it, then, was when she told me he was her husband, and proceeded to tell me he had cancer, my heart sunk, I met Mr. Devargas years ago, he was my brothers attorney for a while, and the last time my brother got in trouble, back in 2007, I went to Mr. Devargas, and he remembered me, that stick with me til this day. I said, that could be a good or bad thing Mr. Devargas, that could mean my brother stay in too much trouble, and now you remember my face, we both laughed…i proceeded to tell him my brothers situation and he told me, I’m going to be honest with you, the evidence that they have on him, hes not going anywhere, he say, I could have took your money and told you the same thing, he say but that wouldn’t have been right!!! Wow!! What an amazing man!!! He was a very sweet and caring man!! My brother passed away in 2014!! Ao to his wife, kids and family, God makes no mistakes whatsoever, he is in good hands, and now resting peacefully!! Rest knowing that God takes the best!!!! Very sincerely, Carla Besant
