Rotarian with the Program Joe Henry introduced Pilgrims Plant Manager Marty Guillory at the May 28 meeting. Guillory discussed how 1,300,000 chickens are processed in the plant per day. Local grocery stores purchase and sell Pilgrim’s chickens. Most of the remaining chickens are shipped to states west of Louisiana.
