Rotarian with the Program Rick Hudson introduced Randy Lacaze, Natchitoches Economic Development Director at the 6/11 meeting of Rotary Club of Natchitoches. Lacaze began his career in 1998 and has worked with three Natchitoches mayors. He discussed the “big projects” created and developed in Natchitoches.
