The City of Natchitoches would like to advise the public, the proposed 1% Sales and Use Tax for Economic Development District C will be presented to be tabled at the Natchitoches City Council Meeting to be held on Monday, July 8, 2019.
The City would like additional time to investigate how the “use” portion of the tax will affect the business owners within the district. Our intention is for the sales and use tax from the overall project to have a positive impact on the businesses and citizens in our community.
