Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force Agents arrest a Natchitoches man on armed robbery charges.

On 7/28/19, Agents from the Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force were contacted by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force requesting assistance in locating Raven Taylor DeLaRosa (D.O.B 7/3/00 H/M) who was wanted for armed robbery in Harris County Texas.

NMJDTF conducted a surveillance operation in the 100 block of T-Joe Street in the city of Natchitoches where they apprehended DeLaRosa without incident. DeLarosa was armed with a Taurus .38 Special handgun upon his apprehension. Agents then conducted a search warrant at the current address of DeLaRosa and as a result located a suspected marijuana grow, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia, 31 suspected Xanax, and $865.00 of US currency. DeLarosa was subsequently arrested for the following:

R.S. 40:966A Cultivation of Marijuana
R.S. 40:967C Possession of CDS IV (Alprazolam)
R.S. 14:95 Illegal Carrying of a Weapon
R.S. 40:1023 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

DeLaRosa is currently being held at the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center awaiting extradition from Harris County.

The Natchitoches Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force would like to thank the Citizens of Natchitoches for their support. Many times an investigation begins with a simple phone call or tip from a concerned citizen. For this reason the Task Force encourages all citizens to report any crimes in their neighborhoods anonymously by calling 318-357-2248, The Natchitoches Police Department, or the Natchitoches Parish Sheriffs Office.
