The NPJ obtained a copy of a lawsuit, filed Aug. 2, on Aug. 6. Judges in the 10th Judicial Court in Natchitoches Parish recused themselves.
After a conference call with the council for the plaintiff and the defendants, Judge Bolin of Bossier City signed off on the document (SEE BELOW), which set a hearing for Aug. 13 at 9:30 am.
