Boys to Men Club back for 2019-20 School Year

The Boys to Men Club is back in full effect for the 2019-20 school year. This year, the guys will be doing a great deal of community service, focusing more on academics, and getting their priorities in order.

Jermaine Thomas, 7th grade math teacher, director, and founder of the club, says that last year was the “pilot” year of the new club and that there is a waiting list of guys that are interested in becoming a part of it.

Mr. Thomas said “the waiting list shows me that there is a true ‘hunger’ for something like this within the community and our young men thrive for an organization such as this.”
