Loan Processor

Responsible for processing routine loans. Establishes and maintains loan records and files and submits to loan officer for review. May prepare and compile documents for loan closings. Please note if your role is primarily responsible for the processing of Commercial, Consumer or Mortgage loans, please match to the Commercial Loan Processor, Consumer Loan Processor/Assistant, or Mortgage Loan Processor/Assistant positions. This match is intended to encompass roles responsible for loan processing not categorized as primarily commercial, consumer, or mortgage. Other duties would include but not limited to uploading of loans into Nupoint, perfecting liens, ordering titles, Re-inscriptions, Forced Place Insurance reporting, credit life reporting, mortgage cancellations, scanning of loans and documents into Centerdoc, processing of paid out loans, modifications, renewals & denials, & processing file maintenance reports
