Lakeview High School will hold a Senior FAFSA Night (Free Application For Federal Student Aid) Tuesday, November 12 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm in the school library.

A representative from Northwestern State University’s Financial Aid Office will be available for guidance in completing your child’s FAFSA.

All seniors must complete a FAFSA as a part of their graduation requirement. Please bring the following items to complete the FAFSA:

1. Valid email address

2. Social Security number

3. Date of birth

4. Driver’s license (if you have one)

5. 2018 Federal Income taxes and 2018 W-2 forms

6. Records of investment or untaxed income (if applicable)

7. List of schools interested in attending
