Update (7:59 PM on 12/16/19): Earlier today a power issue is believed to have caused some of our network equipment to go down. Upon coming back up, the equipment lost provisioning and configuration. The network team is working on restoring the equipment but this unfortunately is not a quick process. They will be working continuously until everything has been restored and there is no firm ETA to provide at this very moment.

Some customers are starting to see their internet service restored but a large number of customers will still be impacted by the outage. Please hang in there. We know how frustrating this outage has been for all of you but please understand we are all working to get you all back up and running.
