2. Mr. Bernard, can you get some companies to come to our parish so there are more jobs? We also need more middle schools and at least another high school for the students who live in the 99 percent of the parish beyond the city limits. And since affordable housing is so scarce in the city, maybe the legislature could find a solution. Our water smells like fish and tastes funny. Is there someone in Baton Rouge who could fix that? Like some state environmental quality agency? Plus, I’ve read car insurance rates in our state are some of the highest in the U. S., and all those personal injury lawyers and their lawsuits are to blame. If that’s true, couldn’t you and your fellow elected officials help us Louisiana drivers out?

   And I’d really like a water park.
