The City of Natchitoches would like to invite citizens to view the embargoed draft of the Natchitoches Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and Natchitoches Feasibility Study and Implementation Plan at the following locations between February 27th and March 17th.

This final phase of the project will allow citizens to view the documents as well as issue public comments. The City encourages citizen participation for anyone interested in enhancing the quality of life by improving walking and biking infrastructure within the City of Natchitoches.

I am 110 % for growth for this city its been a long time coming,and
from the rumor of who is coming and who want to it sounds great .
But why in the world would a business want to invest in this city with
such horrible road conditions ? Would you risk a broke axle or bent room
for a craft store of for a sandwich ?
Go ahead and do it! You’re going to anyway,this is just to say there was a plan and everyone had the chance to say no. ELECTION DAY IS COMING!

How much do the studies cost the taxpayers? Could that money be dedicated to road projects?
are you seriously asking to build a bike path with our roads are
rotting away ? there must be some secret roads around town that are perfect because they sure don’t care about the bad roads.
