Cane River Commissary is Featured Chef at Flavor of Louisiana

Cane River Commissary will serve seafood au gratin prepared by Chef Jerry Ivy during the fourth annual Flavor of Louisiana, Northwestern State University’s seafood festival and spring fund raiser.

Flavor of Louisiana will take place from 6-10 p.m. Friday, April 3 in Prather Coliseum with dozens of samplings of Louisiana seafood dishes, craft beers, specialty cocktails, coffees, desserts, and choices for non-seafood eaters along with music, raffles, silent auctions, prizes and more.
