Northwestern State University’s Health Services Office is seeking donations of alcohol-based hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes to make available to students through the NSU Food Pantry. The items are part of NSU’s efforts to prepare for and prevent the possible spread of COVID-19, commonly known as the coronavirus.
Director of Health Services Carla Walker said items can be dropped at her office, 315 Caspari Street, or at the NSU Food Pantry, located on Central Drive under the Trisler Power Plant across from the Creative and Performing Arts complex. The items will available to any and all students who visit the Food Pantry.
Food Pantry hours are noon-4 p.m. on Mondays, 2-4 p.m. Wednesdays, 12:30-4 p.m. Thursdays and 10 a.m.-noon Fridays.
